admittedly summer has been a bit distracting. The next few installments of Magus Tales! are however in the works - so let it be known the comic hasnt been abandoned. I'll try and get 32 up in the next day or so.

I noticed on google analytics that i had some traffic from "something awful", which i'm pretty sure means that somewhere in the vast forums there is a scatheing and probably very funny review about magus tales and it's terrible art- but i cant find it! Has anyone read it and know the link? I'm pretty sure its going to make me laugh so i dont wanna miss out

Magus Tales! page 31 goes up tomorrow at midnight- the equivilant of monday. If it's not on the site by then, it means I missed the server update time and you will be able to see it at the blog.

~Magus Tales! will return Friday, June 12th, (after final exams)  followed by the regular update schedule~

Due to final exams, final projects, and the general milieu of finals week, there will be no comic update this week. The best I can offer you is a filler image celebrating 2000 hits that goes up tonight and the revised page six before the end of the week.

I must say I'm a big shocked and appalled  by Magus Tales' rating with such a decent amount of people coming and going each day. so please! rate and review!

so here it be. It took a few hours longer than usual because i did a good deal of it in color before i decided i didnt like it.  I guess im just an old fashioned kinda gal.

i know ive got to start drawing my own speech bubbles but i obviously need practice - and I know some of the dialogue is a bit too small to be easily legible and will likely go back and fix and tweak; i was racing to make the upload in time for it to go up today.

pt A) so far, page 29 is making me happy. Should be posted either this wednesday night or the night after.

pt B) the new page six however, is not making me happy. There was a big fight and we almost broke up last night.

pt C) horay for 2000 page views - ill bet a whole 40 of them werent just, you know, me- and thats worth celebrating! So im making a special thing to be posted after 29 goes up.

ooooo Comic Genesis makes me so mad! I uploaded the latest strip YESTERDAY and still no show.

page 27 is coming along and looks like it shall go online tonight, 05-12, at midnight. which i guess makes it 05-13.

so when you get up in the morning, excitedly gather round the computer screen with your morning tea. or cheerios. or chocolate, i have chocolate for breakfast sometimes.

page 5 also so underwent the surgery of the cosmetic variety. Page 27 goes up the usual time somewhere in the vicinity of Tuesday.  Once I have more than thirty pages and have redrawn the unbearably ugly ones of the past, I'm going to start advertising the site. woah! big step!

 I'm really sorry to those few who actually come and go from here expecting an update- Page 26 has been sitting in the comic genesis system for 2 days now- and for some reason it hasnt done what it is supposed to do and appear on the main page. It's enough to make me want to move the comic.

ack, well, page 25 is done- but i uploaded it an hour late to catch the comicgenesis bus. As I have no power over these things, (seriously) the page wont be up till tonight at midnight. Howevvveeer,  the page is allready posted on the Magus Tales! blog. 

So I've begun the reconstruction of the contemptuous page 17. -And the results are favorable. A shame I wasn't brave enough to draw rocks back then. Anyway that will go up either tonight or tomorrow night in place of a regular update, and then page 25 will probably be up Tuesday, April 28th.

a new site design! ..slightly! still very ugly and not without bugs. Do not hesitate to comment with ideas, for Lea is graphically and design-ed-ly challenged to the nth degree.

yay for rushed color. I uploaded it at an astounding 11:58 last night - leaving me no time to finish the bottom panel or get rid of the microphone (which was a bad idea to begin with)

so this is all very sad, but it looks like Magus Tales! is on a weekly basis of late. Page 24 will be up tomorrow at midnight, aka Tuesday, april 21th.  I'm planning on color,  but ive lied about that in past so we shall see.
